Welcome to the Avondale Taekwon-Do School Website.
Avondale ITF Taekwon-Do Club has been teaching students ITF Taekwon-Do for the past 15 years. We pride ourselves on having available the latest techniques and training facilities, as well as the best instructors.
We run mixed classes for all ages with a fully developed balanced curriculum covering all aspects of the art of Taekwon-Do, allowing us to set achievable goals for everyone regardless of their abilities.
Avondale ITF Taekwon-Do is run by Robert Ireland – II Dan. Robert’s philosophy encompasses the teaching that everyone has something to offer in the class, whatever your ability; we are inclusive not exclusive.
So come on down to the club and speak to us about what you would like to achieve from Taekwon-Do, we would love to have the chance to meet and talk with you.

Classes are demanding, engaging and really fun. His knowledge and passion for Taekwon-Do influences the club ethos in very postive ways. If you are thinking about a Martial art, I highly recommend trying a trial lesson at Avondale Taewkon-Do.
