β β β β β Poor service. Fish tank was sold to me and after just over a month it sprung a leak. I took it back and they refused to replace it despite the fact that it was still under warranty because the problem was a crack. Waste of my time and money, would not recommend.

β β β β β For the sake of your pets, do not come here. Absolutely horrific practices and policies that put the health and safety of your pets at risk. Plenty of shocking articles and reviews have been written about this place, all it takes is a little searching. This store should be shut down.

β β β β β This pet shop is absolutely amazing. I buy all my fish supplies from there and Brent is always informative and answers any questions I have. If anyone is a first time pet owner I highly recommend the PetStop in Onehunga

β β β β β Not impressed at all. When I claimed for leash at this store it took very lond time and I was told they will get back to me which never happened. When I went back after a month nothing been sorted and they called me in next couple of days to let me know I will get a credit for my leash. All good no problem I was happy. I went back in a month when I needed big bag of dog biscuits and then no one know what is going on. They didn't have any documents I gave them, trying to tell me they sent me the money and had to call office, call another staff...took another day for them to sort things out so I went back the next day and they ask me for a bank statement for the leash. As I didn't buy is it became a big headache. This shop is very unprofessional and will not come back.
