★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to crash if you are active vacationers, or not really living in your room but just sleeping there. Amazing clean house and room. Stocked kitchen for breakfast. Great location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is highly recommended as it is clean, cosy and reasonable price. I had a warm welcome and great communication by the host. I was welcomed with egg benedict as breakfast as well. I have been in rototua four times within a year and i always had a good stay at 313 Fenton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for two nights - it was perfect! The communication with the host, Nui, was smooth even before my arrival. Parking was available on the street in front of the building. I retrieved the keys from the lockbox as instructed and let myself in. The room was clean and cozy. Later, Nui introduced herself, asked which time I'd want to have breakfast and gave helpful tips for local sights and activities. I didn't make use of the spacious common area as I was tired both days. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious on both days. The other guests had already left, but Nui kept me accompanied while I was eating. Thanks for a great time in Rotorua!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean room. Kitchen with everything you need and very friendly and helpful host. Noi also took us with her for some sightseeing. Not far away from the town center and next to many attractions. We would definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not one of your five star places but a place that will make you feel warm and comfortable just like home and Noi made sure there was nothing to complain about. Also, she makes one of the best eggs Benedict me and my husband has ever had! Breakfast was amazing and that one meal makes your day! Thank you Noi! Highly recommended!
