★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Prius Alpha from Tom. Great communication, easy to deal with and more than happy to have any check done on the car. He even took time to scan the cars hybrid battery while I was with him. Would recommend Greenwise cars to anybody buying a Japanese import.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tom was very nice and easy to deal with, he answered all of my questions and was never pushy. They had a good selection of cars so I purchased one from them. A couple of weeks later I started experiencing mechanical issues with the car which they got fixed at no cost to me and provided me with a temporary vehicle in the meantime. Can't fault the customer service at all! Thanks very much to Tom and the team :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked in a time to view a specific car over phone with one of the guys at Greenwise cars
said I would be there in 2hours. hopped on my 1.5 hour bus and caught a 30$ uber for 30 mins. when I get here nobody is here, I call around and find out the car was already sold that morning... Dont ever buy from these guys, don't bother booking in a time. they did not even call me back to let me know it was sold.
absolutely ridiculous. Bad management and bad customer interface.
I now have to spend another 30$ ubering back to the bus stop to catch another 1.5h bus..
left me furious ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are real professionals selling used Japanese cars. I tested two cars of different configurations with them, including visiting a familiar mechanic who checked the hybrid engine. Both cars were in excellent condition. They gave good advice on how to replace car stereo. Thanks, Tom. Good luck to your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by all the team members… I have bit of problem with my car stereo, I couldn’t go back within three months due to covid lockdown however spoke to Tom and managed to get it fix this after one year of purchase… I m not saying everyone will get this, however What I get from Tom is understanding my situation and professional service. Thank you for everything… nice car drive same after one year as I bought in June last year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to this dealer twice accompanying my friends to buy a car for them and both occasions I have seen how my friends were treated by the employees push me to give 1 ⭐️ only. My friends felt they have been treated with racial discrimination and I couldn’t agree more not with one but two experiences from their front office staff and other guy.I haven’t met Tom but able to talk to him over the phone about a recent visit .
I wouldn’t take any of my friends there and will strongly recommend to avoid this place when there are more cheaper and high quality cars available in Auckland with great customer service.”Also I noticed some of the nearby dealers who have similar cars have cheaper price than them”.
Regarding the recent visit:
We had an agreement on the price (it was on a Friday) we were ready to pay some deposit yet the dealer had no intention to sell to us,all we asked was to get sorted out with the finance yet he didn’t agree to wait at least till Monday).
No disagreement with people who had great experience with this dealer however what I have felt is my unique experience ,so good luck to those who are planning visit.
