★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my experience here at Bachmann Orthodontics. I got braces twice, both at Bachmann, and had recieved excellent care both times. The staff are very friendly and the waiting room is very well set up. The parking space is okay but if your appointment is around 4 o'clock on a school day it might be a bit of a struggle. This place is absolutely amazing and I would highly reccomend it.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and always make you feel comfortable and at ease. I am ecstatic with my results from my braces I couldn’t be happier. From the easy to understand consultation, non invasive treatment planning to every appointment over the course of my braces I would highly recommend Bachmann orthodontics 200%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't ask for better! The team at Bachmann Orthodontics provided excellent service during the several years that I had braces fitted. Communication was excellent: I was provided prompt and detailed answers to my questions (via email) prior to treatment, and was given a thorough run through of care procedures during treatment. I've even been given excellent post-treatment advice (now that's customer service!). When I needed to change my appointment time at short notice, I was always met with a prompt, friendly and accommodating reply. The facilities are modern and very comfortable, there's plenty of parking outside, and all of the staff are professional and kind. Highly recommended!

From our very first consult...through to just recently when her braces were removed.... the staff have been consistently professional, caring and helpful. It's been a pleasure dealing with all. Special mention to Jaz who looked after my girl on many visits. Jaz is always cheery and kind and an all round lovely gal. Thanks also to Candice for her friendly and helpful disposition and accommodating us when we needed to change our appointment. And finally we are hugely grateful to Claudia and Lutz for your expertise and knowledge in helping us achieve amazing results for our daughter. You guy's are incredible.

I had a very complex case and had visited a number of different orthodontists before I made my decision to have my braces done at Bachmann Orthodontics.
From the very start they have created the best suitable plan for me, which was thoroughly discussed and explained in detail. Also, I really liked their flexible payment options.
As part of my treatment I had a jaw surgery and throughout the whole journey I had the complete support and the best quality treatment. I will be forever grateful for the life changing results that I’ve got now. Thank you, Bachmann Orthodontics, for my beautiful smile!
