★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 70 bucks on the Powell paralta vato rats deck and it said made in the usa and when i unpacked it, it said made in china, and the deck was not worth it because i immediately switched after 1 day of use because it just got batterd

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man behind the counter greeted me a little while after I entered the store but the THREE female staff members didn't stop their gossip session to say hello let alone goodbye! Waste of time having 4 staff on if you ask me. I was the only customer and they couldn't even stop their yacking session to greet me. Retail 101 ladies ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought $100worth items and the shop assistant didn't ask us if I have a point card. After the transaction, I remembered and asked if they can put points back and she said no.
It looked like she just didn't want to be bothered rather than giving customer service. It will be ok if I just spent like $20 but not $100. That made me feel like I probably not go to the store next time.
