β β β β β Just in the process of buying a computer ...it needs a reset as it's the display model. Told 15 to 20 minutes to reset. Soon as they had our cash, we were left waiting while they served other customers. Has now taken 45 minutes and three different service team members.
If I had bought this rather than my husband I would have got a reimbursement and walked out.
Appaling service. If I worked like this I would be fired.

β β β β β I was in store today and witnessed one of your staff members treating a customer very rudely and so condescending. I was totally shocked at his lack of customer service skills, he then got his Manager who came and spoke to the lady in an equally terrible manner in front of customers. I wont be going back there purely because of this. Appalling !!

β β β β β Compelled to write review as it happened to me twice at Lyall Bay Noel Leeming....this time Indian guy called Kar..... Looks like they were not given how to treat all customers equally and with respect without any bias of Race or anything. Being Indian seems he doesnot like to talk or just ignore fellow Indian customers....or how to politely guide a customer to look for someone else from store to assist. Customer Service is not everyone cup of tea and management should pay more attention to train the staff on treating all equally and honestly.

β β β β β Worst customer experience I have ever had. Would not acknowledge the problem brought to attention, I felt ridiculed and they would not listen. On return to the store I was laughed at, by both the employee and assistant manager Kar.
Will not acknowledge the customer guarantee act and will make you feel like a fool. Very disappointed and disgusted.
Left the store fuming and with a pair of headphones that are faulty but have now been in both store members ears, so much for your health and safety concerns in regards to ear buds. Terrible.
