★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, the customer service needs improving promptly.
This afternoon, after I finished payment and left, a female staff standing in front of the exit suddenly stopped me and without any explanation, strongly requested to check my handbag. I generously opened my handbag and the staff convinced that there was no unpaid goods. That female staff was unfriendly to treat me and rather subjective to misunderstand me.
In fact, in this absolutely positive city established by trust, most citizens are loyal to trust and have no interest in stealing.
The external performance may reflect what he internally thinks. I did not intend to blame anyone, and if I were the manager of this shop, I may improve the staff's essential service capacity and guide them to analyze problems in a positive and normal way.
If I am not in a emergency need, I will not visit this shop any more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate the service here I really do. They rotate workers a lot for stock so a lot of the times people don't know where things are. A bunch of times when I go the prices on things are marked wrong and when you go to the service desk about it they act like you are trying to leave the store with the register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, today I had a great customer experience at the Warehouse Lyall bay. I bought a first aid kit and it has plenty of all the necessary items that a complete first aid kit should have. I was expecting a low price on the boxing day though ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verbally abusing customers is not ok and illegal, you owe that customer an apology, he had a medical exemption for not wearing a mask. Treating people differently based on thier medical issues has never been ok! Shame on your store and shame on your workers ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly visit the Warehouse to get a bargain because I heard a rumour that everyone can get a bargain here... and it’s true! Plenty of inexpensive options from homeware, clothing, music, books, toiletries, gardening stuff, car stuff, jewelry (but don’t), bags o’ chips, toys, outdoor furniture, pillows, pegs, extra large Toblerones, PS3 games (still), DVDs (still), dog bowls, phones, stationery, faux WWE championship belts, to jandals.
