In particular, it's a relief to have an optometrist who not only make a good friendly connection, but who is also willing to explain all the processes clearly, in an unhurried manner. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optometrist is super nice but the staff at the till didn’t explain any of my expenses. I thought I had paid for my glasses and a contact appointment but really they had charged me for my glasses and special lenses which they didn’t tell me about. (I had just assumed it was for the booked appointment the following week) Then when I had come into my appointment I was charged the $60 which I wasn’t expecting. They had also sent me a text saying my glasses were ready so I go in the next day and they were no where to be seen and they had apparently sent me that text on accident. Waste of time, petrol and not to mention the fee for parking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First experience for me and my daughter. We decided to go to the one nearest to our home today rather than trekking up to Riccarton. For $30 for a comprehensive eye test; free when you purchase glasses. What a deal and a beautiful shop to boot. Emily was just lovely explaining to us the deals to be had at BN CBD - value for money without a hefty price tag. My daughter has ordered one for her and I will be as well. Definitely a keeper! Thanks so much Emily!

The optometrist was so friendly and took time to not only do a thorough check of my eyes but also recommended the best options of lenses for my lifestyle and hobbies. The staff were exceptional at helping pick the best frames to suit my style and personality and the whole experience was a pure joy and I would highly recommend their expertise and caring service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Friendly staff. Shop was busy & staff asked what I was interested in & pointed me in the right direction. Was looking for sunglasses & they offered a good range from the ones on special to the more expensive types. Staff advised that if you try on a pair of glasses to put them in a small basket be cleaned. If you are interested in a pair to hold on to them until you have made your final decision. There was the scan in process available. I purchased a nice pair of glasses & requested the pricing on the glasses cases as there were two options. Updated my contact details on final purchase & checked with staff when I Had my last eye check & verified those details. Last eye check was completed in 2015.

She explained everything in detail to her. We will definitely be returning to Bailey Nelson and wished I changed a long time ago. We've been seeing optometrists since she was 5 annually and best yet. Thank you she loves her new glasses ?
