โ โ โ โ โ I have had the most fabulous results. From having my regular alignments I have eased headaches, anxiety, constipation issues and a range of things I would not have thought chiropractic care would help. Sometimes I get relieve within a few hours... othertimes it takes a little longer. My son plays rugby and soccer and regular adjustments has certainly helped him concentrate at school and rid headaches he was getting. Dr Sara is fabulous and I highly recommend her.

Dr Sara helped me recover from a back injury and postural issues I have had for some time.
Previously, I have had experiences with other chiropractors but none were as good as Dr Sara! She knows exactly what she is doing and will tailor to your needs. Ginny also helped me by showing me some recovery exercises which proved very useful. They make an awesome team! I am very happy with my experience at Balanced Spine.

Sara is very thorough and professional and knows exactly what she's doing and Ginny is always super friendly and has taught me some helpful exercises to maintain my adjustments. โ โ โ โ โ I can't recommend Tamsyn enough. I went to Tamsyn after suffering from bad pelvic pain a year after my birth. Tamsyn had me back in the gym and well after a couple of months. This was after going to another chiropractor who wasn't helpful and a few lost GPs. A thorough, professional, knowledgeable and caring service. I would highly recommend Balanced Spine to anyone, especially expecting and post partum mothers. Thanks, Tamsyn!
