★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was rushed and nothing I came in for was done. I have an ongoing illness that requires my weight to be tested, bloods tests and blood pressure to be done. None of that was done. Booked a double appointment. I was accused of ordering thyroid medication on the “dark web” because I have recently developed hyperthyroidism. I felt it was inappropriate to bring this up let alone tell a patient how people illegally purchase illicit weight loss medication online. Left my paid full-priced consult with nothing, not even a blood test order which needed doing. Waste of my time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dr used to be Sam Keller and he was brilliant. Now my Dr is Lesley Harding and he is just as good. There have been times when I had to wait too long but maybe the reasons for that are now sorted because I have not had to wait too long in a while now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here for years and I feel truly respected and looked after. The nurses are kind and my two doctors Pulasthi and Jenny have gone above and beyond to help with a multitude of illnesses I have had. Reception are also great. Highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. West is the best doctor I have ever been to. I had previously seen 4 doctors before her at other practices about a skin condition which none of them were able to prescribe a successful treatment. After one appointment and prescription from Dr. West, it was cleared up in a week and never returned.
I also had a respiratory issue which was just brushed off by previous doctors which put me off bringing it up again. But Dr. West believed me and took me seriously and came up with a plan on how we would treat this and work out what was wrong.
I always recommend her to anyone who mentions they are looking at changing GPs. I'll never go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the worst consultation at balmoral I've ever had. I have been a patient there for 25 years. The consultation was performed in the laundry I didn't even get to enter the premises. I informed doctor Furnace that I wasn't happy. All she would say was "it's clean" Disappointed and ashamed to be treated like that. C B ATLEY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jenny Frith was my first doctor here... She seemed to be empithetic and caring It was good for me... She left on maternity and I was shifted from pillar to post after... seeing any locum who was available... At one point every booking I made was cancelled when the Dr didn't turn up to work.... I have schizophrenia and take my meds very seriously... I ran low on meds on a Friday but there closed in the weekend... No problem I rang Monday for a script... They couldn't help me until the next day... I informed them it was urgent... Anyway they rang 930am the next morning and ordered my script... I had no meds left at this point... Anyway I rang back 3 times that day saying its urgent... The third time I said the drs leaving it to the last minute like a school kid and my chemist will close soon... She said she would chase it up... I got a txt at 530pm when my chemist was closed... I rang them they had gone home... I texted saying ill go without meds tonight thanks for nothing and no reply... Its well into the next day now and still no reply.... they don't care.... Just a warning if something happens to a mentally unwell patient when they are forced to go without meds through negligence there might not be a job to go to for any of them... They might have time to care a little bit then maybe? .. Anyway I don't recommend balmoral for psychological issues ... Thanks have a good day

But, really, I couldn't help to do this because Balmoral Doctors is just so wonderful!
Convenient located on the centre of Dominion Road, pharmacy downstairs.
Warm hospitality from the reception, friendly and yet professional doctors, what else you can ask for?!
