★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to come for a covid test today . Guys out the front lovely and welcoming. Came down parked for 15 mins while the nurses chatted and ignored us (not testing anyone) , we did however get told off for having our door open because it was really hot and I asked if they were busy, I think this annoyed them? . I also had my newborn and 3 year old in the car, who were getting super upset as well as me feeling super unwell. They the nurses went on to get details from two cars who had arrived 5 and 10 mins after me. I felt they were really rude and terrible at communicating and just decided to be catty and ignore us because I genuinely asked are you guys busy. Eventually my 3 year old started having a major meltdown so had to leave. It was a terrible experience, so rude. Anyway went home , kids napped and reset and just went to balmoral drive through covid testing lovely much better organised and people actually friendly and acknowledge you . would give the testers 0 or -0 if I could.

UNHYGIENIC TOILETS WAIT TIME WHILE HAVING 2 YOUNG CHILDREN 5 HOURS THEN XRAY TO FIND FRACTURED FEMUR!! RECEPTION DON'T INFORM YOU A SMILE COST NOTHING

WARNING!!!
Wait times are atrocious!!!
The reception staff leave A LOT to be desired.
Bare minimum "customer service" is what they provided.
The short haired, spectacled older Indian lady, and the dark long haired middle aged caucasian lady, (Joanne), were of little to no help.
A simple smile goes a long way.
If you see either of them at the counter, RUN!!!
Go to New Lynn Whitecross. Seriously.
Go to the lovely tall young Polynesian/Maori girl, she is someone who anyone in front of house service should look to for the real meaning of decent, professional human interaction.

Staff are extremely lovely, kind and accommodating - from the screening questions, guiding us through the carpark, the nurses- everyone is awesome especially I had two little ones with me. It was evident they were tired but everyone was still sliming. Thank you very much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They expect you to sit in your car for 3 hours+ with small children waiting to be seen. According to the website they weren't even busy but that turned out to be a load of rubbish. Gave up after waiting over 2 hours for our small child to be seen. You get seen quicker at the hospital so just go there.
