★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website needs to be upgraded by allowing communication and registration for an account online. It should be possible to open accounts and make deposit in any account without having to visit the bank. It isn't possible to visit a bank to do this when it is not open after working hours. They need to be able to follow up with their email requests. Good on them for offering competitive returns on fixed term investments.
