★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the receptionist for payment options, goes on a 15-30mins rant and gets annoyed when I interrupt her as I don't have alot of money on my phone, and yet clearly knows I'm not gonna pay more than $299 (as it's their cheapest plan) but goes on anyways to look busy, never will visit or pay for them. Should've hung up.

Kim put me totally at ease straight away, she explained everything she was doing, and I felt in very good hands. Thank you Kim, you have made my visit to the dentist, although I wouldn't say enjoyable, much more pleasant than I would of imagined, and I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first phone call I asked how much does it cost to get a tooth pulled out and I was quoted $160 so I arrange an appointment. The day I went in for my appointment I was asked what was my problem and showed her my tooth needed to be pulled out. She wanted to do an e-xray but never mention there will be an extra cost. Comments were made from the dentist was:are you frighten of needles, this is my first time pulling a tooth out, to her assistant, why you pulling away? It made me very intense and uncomfortable. I could feel the tooth being pulled out and also when she clean the hole. When I got to the counter I was charged $240.
At the time I was lucky to have my husband with me to transfer extra funds. My husband tried to sort it out by phone . We received 1 phone call but physical had to travel in to clinic to sort it out. Wasn't happy with the outcome.

From the time I spoke to the lovely reassuring Sarah at reception to the calming professional manner of Dr Zeighamifard, I felt nothing but astonishment at how unjudgemental and kindly I was treated. Oh and may I add it was painless even without numbing. A true master of his craft, highly recommend.
