★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, the dentist that removed my wisdom tooth was extremely unprofessional, it felt like he was rushing everything and didn’t explain anything he was doing. He just walked into the room, said “let’s get started” “open your mouth”and without any warning of what he’s about to do proceeds to poke the needle into my gums with the numbing meds. I’m not afraid of needles but the lack of communication and the sudden pain really gave me a shock and set the tone for the rest of the visit. The worst part was the follow up appt, I developed a very bad taste in my mouth and all he did was remove my stitches and didn’t bother answering any of my question or asking if I had any concerns. I ended having to go to hospital later that day only to find out I had a abscess, something he should’ve easily been able to diagnose if he would’ve given me two extra minutes of his time. I would name him but he never introduced himself. Reception and the Orthodontist I saw seemed okay, but I would definitely recommend giving this place a second thought, it seems your experience could go either way but it’s not worth your time coming here in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go here for extractions! I had the most AWFUL experience ever with the Dentist (Matthias, only figured out his name by going through my treatment plan emails.) I was given no preparation of what to expect or even asked if I had any concerns. Non existent bedside manner. Walks into the room and jams the needle in my jaw and proceedes to be rough as guts through out the whole appointment. I am clearly upset throughout and even felt ignored.
Unproffessional. Unfriendly. Uncompassionate.
If i could change my rating to minus stars I would- but not possible. I will never use Kowhai Dental Services again, I highly suggest others dont either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience here!!! Felt welcomed, comfortable an even entertaining with the laughs the conversations. I felt super lucky to be in there atmosphere an have made them my #1 go too dentist!!. They even squeezed me in!!. Definitely affordable, they check your whole mouth an overlook everything then ask you what you'll like done. Just amazing service and hard work overall, for all of you. I'm super happy with my teeth thank you so much. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With weak enamel and a recommendation by several dentists, including one who used to work here, teeth cleaning/scraping will damage my teeth, fairly certain I know how to care for my own teeth. Attended an appt for root pain, got told I was in essence a liar! the very rude dentist (Mattias) couldn't help at all. He only suggested oil pulling! Other family members have also had horrible experiences here in the past as well. Not worth your time or money.

Been here to done some check up for my teeth, and Dr Michael is the best!! He explain everything clearly and done the check smoothly. I actually was a bit scare to go to the new dentist as I'm new in this town. But Dr. Michael was so nice that make me feel better.
And about the price, really affordable for such a good service.
Clean and tidy place, friendly staff..
Definitely recommended!!
