★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid for a filling to correct discolouration on front teeth not only not only does my tooth still have discolouration the replacement filling only lasted 3months and needed a root canal treatment that would cost me $900, I went elsewhere. Receptionist was lovely and empathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude on the phone when I called up, unfortunately I was going to be 20 minutes late so assumed it would be courteous to call and warn or just reschedule. There is no need for the lady to be rude :) have a nice day.
I will find another dentist ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, I travelled over 50ks for an emergency dentist, with someone in excruciating pain. It says they're open 7days on website, doctors next to them seem think so aswell. Turn up, and its Closed!! ? You need to change your opening hours on website!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Jessie this morning and thought she was brilliant - friendly patient manner, discussed everything in an easy to understand way, covered over all of my concerns. Her dental assistant was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend seeing her :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated by dentist Jessie Liang this morning. What a great, friendly, cheerful and patient manner she has! Very welcoming, answered all my questions and explained clearly everything she was going to do. She did not rush. I was very happy to have her treat me. I felt like a person and not just a patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent experience! They followed up quickly on the email I left the night before and arranged an appointment for me the following day. Very efficient. I was taken into the chair a few minutes after my alloted time and Tim did a very good job of reattaching the gold overlay to my tooth. Nice people.
