★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for over an hour, outside, as per your requirements for maximum capacity during level 2. Eventually only 1 customer remains inside, so I go in to wait for my turn, only to be told that no more customers will be accepted today. No notice or warning given earlier, nor was the worker even aware of my presence (they told me this explicitly) despite me hovering at the front door on your specifically marked waiting zone.
Oh well, atleast the barber across the street made a few extra dollars that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The haircut quality and service is good, however, the company has a flawed business model. I pay $32 in Epsom and had to pay $40 in Britomart.
The customer service lady to whom I complained said that I should look up their website where they specify $$ for each store. She is really expecting me to do that. Like your NO customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit. One barber cutting a customers hair while the other one cleaned her workstation. I was the only other customer. Free barber turns and informs me she’s going on a break for 10 minutes. There are so many barbers in Auckland CBD, I would expect that they are happy to cut people’s hair when they show up. I get a buzz cut which takes a good barber 5 minutes.

I've upgraded it to 5 stars. I had a charming young lady cut my hair; very professional.
Another good experience. Price is up, but that's how things are at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Dinelle, super quick, precise and clean probably the best cut and service I've seen in a very long time. Her attention to detail is superb.
Barbershop Co. should give customers the option to tip their barbers because after my cut today I feel like the $40 is too cheap for the effort.
Thanks anyway will definitely be back!
