★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room number 5 disgusting and when approaching the staff and manager there answer was no complaints for 7 years omg. Shower curtain dirty, carpet stained and heavily soiled, curtains in room mildew. Shower taps dirty never been cleaned properly. Seats in room heavily stained. Door had dirt on from the 70s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in a 2 bed family room, we had cockroaches in our room and the oven was filthy, and the room had a strong odour of cooking smells, as if it needed a good airing out.
The pool facility was fine, however could do with some general maintenance.
When we went to drop our room key back upon checkout there was no one to be seen at reception, the door was locked and also no one answering the phone number supplied on the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was totally disappointed photos are not of this motel!! Rooms are horrid smelled of mould in bathroom was also dated not the stunning white spa bath and cabinetry as photos indicate No bed spreads bed covers all stained mould on ceiling and wall paper ripped in toilet so will definitely not be staying again!! If you could do minus stars this would be a minus 5 $50-80 motel at most. Ministry of social development motel. Permanent residence very intimidating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very concerned prior to my stay at the very poor reviews but was pleasantly surprised.
Although the motel needs more work and higher standards especially with room servicing with perhaps some cleaning when there are stays longer than three days.
They made a mistake with ripping out the washing machines in the family units as there is only one very small laundry with a small washing machine and dryer servicing a large motel.
Our stay was for a week in a two bedroom family unit. The beds although old are very comfortable.
However the kitchen is tiny with little bench space especially with the microwave taking up most of it.
The pool was clean and heated appropriately.
It was very quiet.
It’s not value for money with the tariff as I paid what I considered a standard daily winter rate and would expect better room servicing.
However I noted that it’s undergoing a huge clean up with rooms being renovated.
If they stopped cutting corners this motel could easily have a four star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disgusting rooms, people do not stay at this hotel....Staines on the carpet, the decor old and damaged. Musty smells in the room. Shower curtains had mould, and also fleas around the bed area. Absolutely shocking compared to the photos we viewed online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room has all facilities that we expect. Newly refurbished, it's very clean. Kids enjoyed the spa tub. The place has electric gate with a remote control, which gives a sense of security. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked - The check-in/Check out was great, Air Conditioning unit was great, The Security Gate was great. Location was very convenient. Lots of parking. Staff was friendly. Put out enough towels for one person. Free Wifi is a major plus.
Disliked - The Spa bath was clogged and the plug that's in the bath was very dirty. When I took a shower the water covered my feet and didn't drain well. Lots of screaming kids outside but that isn't the motel fault. The bath curtains were dirty. There were no "do not disturb" signs so when I was taking a shower housekeeping was knocking on the door. When I ordered my room and it offered two options I choose the one large bed option but they gave me the other options with the double and single bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent parking behind a secure gate. 4 star room. Alot of emergency housing clientele at one end however the back rooms are a delight so please book asap!
