From our application process to move-in, and ongoing property management we've had excellent communication and prompt action. Monique, in particular, has been so lovely to work with as our property manager. She's organised any maintenance work required for us incredibly quickly, gotten ahead with our tenancy-renewal making it as seamless as possible and is a joy to chat with during inspections. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an awful experience renting a place from them last year. Luckily the tenancy tribunal decided favourably for me today.
Be careful when renting from them. Get everything in writing.
Don’t be afraid to call Tenancy Services for advise and go to mediation and tribunal if recommended by tenancy services. It costs time and is stressful but these people need to learn the value of good business ethics and NZ law that’s protecting tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the worst property managers I have come across. Look elsewhere. You might be lucky and get a good individual manager, but the leadership leaves much to be desired and that is evident in the service you will likely receive. Other major brand agents in Meadowbank also have lower rates and better arrangements for charging (or not charging) commission on maintenance. Shop around!
