Once I was ready to put my house on the market Ruoxi and Dickson prepared a comprehensive report giving me a clear picture of where my property was positioned. The professionalism around the preparation and presentation of this report gave me a sense of confidence in choosing them to market my property.
During every stage of the sale process Ruoxi and Dickson were a pleasure to deal with. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Feb 2021 I purchased a property off the plans through Rouxi and Dickson which was due for completion this month (Feb 2022). There were red flags from the beginning incorrect listings, a pressured sell etc. As soon as I paid my deposit communication stopped. The promised drop off of champagne never happened etc. We are now in the month of due completion and the build has not started. Rouxi and Dickson have failed to inform me of progress or lack there off. I’ve learnt about changes on completion dates via signs by other listing agents. They don’t reply to emails and I felt.they totally mislead me on this purchase. Buyer beware of these agents. And ask around about their reputation and integrity on market before dealing with them - I’ve learnt a lot after the fact I wish I knew before.
