I am writing this note with a sad heart , for the simple reason that we are moving out of our very first home we rented in New Zealand which has been the home to my family and myself for almost 3 years since we moved from South Africa, which you had helped us move in to.
My journey started in September 2019 when I was searching for property to rent, out of the four Realty companies I had applied with, you were the only one to come back to me and I am so happy none of the others did ( to this day I might add ) as I am convinced I would never have received the most amazing service I have received from you.
My family and I are so very grateful for all you have done for us while we were renting from Barfoot & Thompson Warkworth, over the almost past 3 years you have truly shown what excellent customer service and being professional is all about.
You have been the most amazing agent I have ever dealt with, nothing I ever asked from you was too much, the fact that you even asked the landlord whether I could adopt a puppy when it was a no pet property, you saw the good in me and my family and you did just that for us, and now we have a happy little puppy added to our family.
I truly cannot thank you enough for the time we have been your client and for the wonderful service you had offered us, we will always remember the fond moments in our first rental and how we got where we are today.
Sadly we are leaving Warkworth, but never will Barfoot & Thompson be out of our thoughts, anyone ever needing property that I know of, will be directed to you Sam, you are a true asset to your Company and I can only wish you the best for the future, anyone who gets to deal with you as their agent will be as lucky as I was.

I feel the need to send this e mail to thank you for always being available and being the BEST Agent I have ever dealt with, coming from South Africa and things working totally different here it was a bit daunting trying to find accommodation when I arrived in 2019, after meeting with you on the day of viewing the property for rental, you have been absolutely awesome throughout my journey and up until today my thoughts and view is exactly the same.
All the calls I have made around little things, you have attended to them all without any hesitation and that speaks volumes of who you are and the way you operate, and you look after your customers with utmost respect and courtesy and that is something that means the most to me.
