★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice now for pizzas. The first time we were really impressed with the quality and size of the pizzas! The pinenut and pesto pizza was exceptional. Bare in mind, these are “kiwi” pizzas (thin crust and lots of toppings). However the second time (about a month later) I returned, the pizza was not quite as nice (less sauce, thinner crust). It was still a decent pizza, but underwhelming compared to the first time. I’m giving the benefit of the doubt and giving 4 stars, especially since the staff was nice and the atmosphere is really cool. I will definitely try this place again, hopefully to be impressed again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indoor and outdoor dining available. When we went there was a special on pizzas (half price) - decent selection of pizzas. Friendly staff. Good for both a quick bite, full meal or a drink with mates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been twice now about three months apart and both experiences have been disappointing. First time we ate in the Dining Room and I'd describe the food as glorified bar food with fine dining prices.
Second time we ate in the bar and as bar food it was very average. Food didn't seem like it was made with fresh ingredients and very tired in appearance.
On both occasions the staff were quite keen to please but seemed very overstretched.
We won't be revisiting any time soon which is shame as it could be a much better experience given the surroundings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place. Can't compliment it enough. The service was fast and friendly. The staff are very attentive and professional. Prices are reasonable - apart from the shrimps. $20 for 3 shrimps.....! Had a very enjoyable 2 hours here and would go back in a heart beat....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little hotel. Recent refurbishment is great - everything looks very fresh/stylish/in keeping with the original period. We stopped for lunch on Good Friday. Relaxed atmosphere. Food was excellent (as were the drinks!). Really nice tables outside too - great for dining in the sunshine ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Restuarant/ Hotel, that has been transformed bk to its former glory with beautiful restored fittings.
This place has an exceptional Chef who has served us some grt tasting plates to share.
Highly recommend this place & the Staff were there to please.
Will definitely return for another meal soon.
