Emily very quickly found two interested parties, checked out the first one, resolved queries we had and the prospective tenant had, and signed her up. Many thanks for a great service, Mike.

Emily is an exceptionally good communicator keeping me I the loop on all issues involving my properties. She has an outstanding network of trades people who have excellent skills in their specific trades. Emily always undertook everything on a timely basis minimising delays. Her financial monthly reporting was always on time and were faultless. Emily is a very personable and a delight to work with. I would recommend her without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I emailed a number of property managers on a public holiday to get some feedback on how they could assist us with renting our property. Emily came straight back to me within 20 minutes. Her response with everything has been exceptional. She assisted us with the additional requirements relating to the healthy homes requirements and gave us excellent advice regarding tenants. She organised two open homes but then decided she would do an additional open home as she wanted to make sure she had a good choice of tenants. She gave us her opinion on who she recommended but did leave the final decision to us. Since our tenants have moved in we have emailed her regarding a situation that has occurred. She has gone out of her way to assist us and provided advice. We would have no hesitancy in using Emily again and should we require them to manage our property, we would definitely use Harveys. The price was also well worth it as the time it saved us was huge. Thanks :)
