★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgently needed a rental on Friday night and came across BRC. I booked a Toyota Prius car for 3 days, however I received an email the next morning to advise the car I wanted was booked out. In the middle of a panic trying to find another rental company, an agent from BRC called to advise that although the car I wanted was not available, they had an alternative SUV RAV4 they were willing to offer. Spoke to the agent who advised they were going to waive the daily hire rate of the SUV and lend me the car for the same price as the Toyota Prius (I only paid an extra $20 for the insurance as it wasa bigger car). Collected the car from Grey Lynn and the worker who assisted me was very informative and made sure I was explained the legal paperwork as well as what to do/who to call incase of a breakdown or emergency. I didn’t get his name but he was very helpful and answered some questions I had which gave me some peace of mind. We travelled to Rotorua and the car (Toyota SUV RAV 4) was smooth, quiet, clean, spacious (3 passengers) and very fuel efficient. After 3 days in Rotorua we were due to return the car back at 5pm on Wednesday, but due to being stuck in Hamilton traffic we contacted BRC to let them know we won’t make it back in time to return the car. The agent we spoke too was very helpful and told us not to worry and to drop the car back the next morning at East Tamaki BRC by 8am (closest location to my home) with no late fee to be paid.
Overall, my experience with BRC exceeded my expectations and I want to say thank you for the excellent service my family and I received right from the start with the booking until we had to return the vehicle. The online processes was easy to follow and instructions were clear and simple. Thank you so much and I will definitely be recommending BCR to other friends and family. We will be back again soon when we are in need of a rental!

The cars are well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location was very central to where i was so i dodnt have any issues getting the car.
10/10 would definitely uae them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service, the car was clean and ready to go - returning it was no problem, too. The car itself was awesome on petrol - we only used around 1/4 of a tank after travelling from Auckland CBD to Puhoi, Omaha beach, Leigh and then back to Auckland.
