My 2019 Holden Captiva car got stolen from Giltrap Newmarket service center, it was with them to fix differential issue as car was under warranty . On Wednesday Aug 18th , they reassure me that it is safe to let the car be with them as Auckland was going into lockdown and on Friday Aug 20th evening I received a call from Police that my car was found speeding and has been caught. Contacted Giltrap service team via email, they contacted me. It has been now over 6 weeks, no one is letting me know how did thieves get access to my vehicle. My car is still with them. Please be aware even though it is a BIG CAR dealership, they are not concerned of their brand nor their reputation. They do not take care of your assets either.
