★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a shirt in which I got for Fathers Day to change for another colour. Zara told me the shirt had been bought on line and they did not have another colour for me in the shop. She went on line and ordered an exchange shirt for me which was delivered to my door the very next morning. I was very impressed with the service of this young lady. A credit to the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two dudes working there are not helpful at all. I buy a lot from barkers and never had any issues with their service, but my experience in this shop was bad. I came to return an item that I bought online and they basically told me to go to the Onehunga shop or else they would have to send the item to them. Their laziness is unacceptable
