★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got acrylics done and they were in such a rush from the second we got in trying to decide the nail colour even though the place was empty. I kept telling her to make it shorter and she did once and after I asked again she ignored me and started applying the acrylic. I pointed out to her how it was stills o long and she was soooo extremely rude it was disgusting and to top it off every single nail is uneven. This is the worst nail salon and the worst customer service the people are horrible please save your money and do not come here ever.

I chose 5 colors so i can have it from light shade to the darkest but she messed it up so it ruined the whole purpose of what i asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I’d just like to say how disappointed I am. Nail Studio one the second floor is terrible with customer service and quality of work provided. They offer no outcome of dissatisfied customers. It’s a shame I’ve only read their reviews after the fact that I’ve experienced it first hand. I spent $85 getting mine and my daughters nails done daughters lasted less than a day and mine 2 days. This is what usually lasts me 3 weeks! No phone answered and I’m not close to saint lukes to just drop in. Absolutely gutted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not one to write reviews but my experience here will be the first and last. I usually get my nails done every 3 weeks however have never come across a place like this. I can say that it was the worst nail experience, starting from the customer service to the end outcome, it has left me speechless and so upset. When I was upset during the service and told them, nothing was done, no questions asked etc. So, I sat and asked to get the plastic extensions that had just been put on and cut to be removed. And asked to just get a gel polish and the difference refunded. Then was told that there are no refunds. So I said, well I will get my nails done, I just want the difference back. Did not make sense at all. They told me I would have to write down my details and it would be sent to my account as there was no manager. Anyways, got my gel polish that I paid $35 for including the 'removal' charge and walked away with nothing, they could not provide a receipt or anything. Overall, the whole experience was disgusting! Please do not waste your money and time! - Photos to show - there was even a line on my left thumb that the nail technician laughed at. LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the service by Tu. For once I didn't hear conversation in foreign language at high pitch. I had a relaxing time and Tu was friendly and happy to change a colour I had chosen.
Have previously experienced at other places the ladies will keep talking loudly amongst themselves while doing nails for respective customers. I find it unprofessional and irritating personally. But this place was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Everyone, so i've been following Ivy around she did my nails years ago at Luxury Nails New Lynn then she's worked at Professional Nails St Lukes and now Nail Studio St Lukes. I've been coming to Nail Studio St Lukes for at least the past 10months + now & I've never had a problem Ivy does such a perfect brilliant meticulous job on my nails that they last 3-4 weeks even longer but by then I'm tired of the color! Not sure where everyone else has been going because i've seen the same customers return again & again. Ivy is fantastic she does a really great job. A big shout out too Ivy and if you want great nails too then ask for Ivy and the team.
