β β β β β I would not recommend Novo to anybody, the customer service is gross.
The sales person would not mention about refund policy until the product is purchased, and after the payment is made they would not refund the money or exchange the product. Which means the customers are not made aware of the refund policy before buying the product, this i what i would call them as cheat.
The staff do not have any knowledge about the company's complaint department or customer service contact details.
Even the Store Manager do not have authority to refund the money or exchange the product, can you believe it? Ha Ha Ha....shocking.........!
This is my first and last experience with Novo..........!
Suggestion : People buying from Novo, please do make sure to check your product thoroughly in store and also do make sure to go through the refund policy before making payment and stepping out of the store.

β β β β β Had good experience with novo staff working on Thursday night was really good even though she was alone she managed in best way. As I was in St lukes store the Indian lady was really lazy and she was not really helpful but however Victoria was very good she did help me to choose the shoe and her skill was excellent. I recommend everyone to buy shoes when she is there rather than Indian lady I don't know how the novo mangment made her manger.

β β β β β Novo shoes Sylvia Park, You guys need to check out your staff there . The manager doesnβt seem to understand your policy about the promotion that you guys been offering online. I went there to return and exchange my shoes cos thereβs something wrong with it, the other staff told me its okay look for other shoes so that she can just exchange and when this diva manager according to her came and check she refused to exchange my shoes. She told me I got the deal of Buy one for full price and get the 2nd one for $20 online, So she said if I wanna exchange my shoes for something different I will pay for the whole price and Iβm like??? In the first place if theres nothing wrong with the shoes I will not waste my time going to the shop to return it. It took us more than 15 mins debating its so simple logic she couldnβt understand I keep on explaining what pisses me off more she said to me the only item she can give me is $20 item only as an exchange for the shoes Ive been a customer of novo there is no $20 shoes unless its promotion. It clearly states on the paper that I was bringing, If there is something wrong, Take this paper and go to the nearest branch to return/exchange it. What can she not understand about that? Novo shoes you have a very nice product and quality of shoes but if your staff is like that you will lose customers esp sheβs the manager she should be the one whose got the knowledge on these things. I can tell you the other staff is far more better dealing to customers. That manager is totally a show off. When I told her I will call your company she change her mind saying βokay I will give the shoes that you want next time something is wrong with it im not gonna exchange it!!β from there I just walked out from the branch and I stopped explaining to her everything cos I realized no matter what explanation I will do will end up to nothing cos she has her own thing she dont know how to listen to customers side.

β β β β β Bad quality and terrible customer service: Bought two pairs of stiletto type heels from Novo at St Lukes. The heel tips on Style A wore down within 2 weeks (2 wears). I took them back and was told this is not a manufacturing fault. After arguing that any part of a $60 pair of shoes should last longer than 2 weeks she exchanged the shoes. Another 4 weeks (approx 8 wears) later the heel tips on the second pair of Style A wore down and at this point one of the heel tips on Style B started to wear down showing the metal underneath. I emailed the online customer service team as I was reluctant to go back to the store after the first bad experience. They told me to go back to the store so I did. Again I was told it wasn't a manufacturing fault and I needed to email the online customer service so I did that.
After all this all I have received is an email saying all they will do is exchange the shoes. I feel if I exchange them the issue is just going to happen again. Any girl whose bought heels before knows it is painful to and takes time to break in a new pair of shoes which I will have to do for a third time.
I feel there is a quality issue with Novo shoes if heel tips are wearing out in 2, 4 and 6 weeks. At $60 and $70 I expect the heel tips to last longer than this!

β β β β β Shocking customer service! Bought a $90 shoe before last summer, in a light pink colour...... hence haven't been able to wear it very often. And now a strap has come off..... Novo don't even want to know about it!
Young girl on counter at the Botany store just kept saying sorry can't help you! I mean come on..... I know the shoe is almost a year old.... But u can see from the color and the condition of the sole it hasn't been worn a lot! I dint even want my money back, just for them to sort out the shoe.... Which they refused to do...... Crazy crazy.....
Better service n products at Number One Shoe warehouse!!!!! Never shopping Novo again for sure!

β β β β β I visit their Manukau and they didn't have that shoes which I was looking for, they advised me to pickup that from New Market store. I live in Papakura and today I went to New Market store by Taxi and picked up shoes from there but when got home and I opened it shoes they gave me was already used and defective. I called the store to inform about it but the girl denied this and she hung up on me.
I am very disappointed with service the efforts I made to buy a surprise gift for my wife's birthday since she love the shoes from you Novo, I never knew this is what you guys provide to your customers.
