★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to walk through peaceful. But most of the natural beauty has been Tainted by modern society still beautiful but its there. When I got to the lake there were houses on the other side and a dead fish floating at my feet

Was my first time here so I didn't know what to expect, and I didn't take my kids with me but will definitely bring them along next time for some outdoor adventures in the trees, to see the horses and feed the ducks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving 3 stars because 2 areas of the walk right at the beginning were fenced off with electric fences for horses. Literally could not do the walk we planned as it was totally blocked off. Had to back track and figure something else out. Lots of dog droppings despite signage and free dog bags. Otherwise a nice lagoon we eventually found, and lovely in the tree areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hidden delight is almost prehistoric looking. The nikau palms really give it a mystic appeal. Great exercise doing the walk, it's all up hill and down dale. With a waterfall and lovely pools. Really cool walk on a hot day.. and equally nice on a wet day as the trees provide some shelter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family really enjoys this amazing park so close to home. Perfect for any length of walk, with the kids, the dog or just by yourself to connect with nature. We also go there to do geocaching with the family. Another great and fun adventure to keep everyone entertained.
