1. Very thorough with the planing which covered everything that needs to be considered down to exact measurements and fine details.
2. Arran continually kept us informed of how the project was tracking and liaised with the contractors ensuring the visits were kept to a minimum for the highest efficiency.
3. The contractors that came to site were all pleasant and did a great job whilst having respect for us and our property.
4. The final outcome is exactly what we had imagined and we are very proud of the result.
5. The project had a slight delay but was only two days more than anticipated on a four week schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had Bathroom Transformations completely renovate our ensuite, followed by our main bathroom and toilet. The workmanship and build quality was excellent, and we couldn't be happier with the end results.
Arran made the whole process stress-free and effortless, from helping with the designs, finalising the fixtures, keeping everything to schedule, and minimising disruptions to the family during construction.
We definitely recommend Arran and the team to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom – it's not worth managing something like this yourself if you want the job done well!
We'll be using Bathroom Transformations again when we come to renovate our rental property bathroom and toilet.

Arran created a schedule that showed what work was planned and when, so we knew just what to expect. He listened well, answered our questions along the way, offered ideas and efficiently drove the whole project.
The tradesmen were all highly skilled and professional too, which made each stage look easy (which of course it’s not). So glad we didn’t attempt the renovation ourselves. A class act - thanks guys!

The odd shape of the bathroom and the location of the services in the room made it slightly tricky job, particularly in relation to our new shower. Our decision to use a competent experienced project manager paid off because these difficulties were managed well and the renovation was completed to a high standard. We are very happy with the result. The tradespeople that Aaran uses are professional and excellent at their work. I was happy to have them in my home. Any renovation does cause some disruption but Aaran and his team managed this carefully and competently to minimise it as much as possible. In particular we appreciated Aaran’s attention to detail and commitment to getting things right. The renovation was completed in a timely manner and we were kept appraised of what to expect through the entirety of the project. I am happy to recommend this business to anyone considering an upgrade to their bathroom.

He left a schedule of which trade person would be on the job and on which day. The trades people carried out their job to exacting standards and always left our home clean and tidy. After the job was finished he even organized a cleaner to make sure everything was spick and span on completion.
