I got an offer from them as a Gold Card member for a free hearing test - I made an appt and they charged me $79 - of which I am entitled to $20 off for Gold Card and they did not tell me that!!! Bay Audiology is a Big racket there to take advantage of people and make money! They told me I need a $9,000 hearing aid and my doctor said I did not need a hearing aid and to stay away from Bay Audiology sheisters! Be warned!!!!!!
