★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since yesterday I would have called at least 8-10 clinics and most of them are very busy earliest appointment was only next week.
I was so lucky that I called Ear Health spoke with Jo @ reception - she is amazing personality so very helpful ? offered to book me in if there were any cancellations also provided another clinic details in case if they have any appointments available
And so in less than 30mins received a text saying I was booked in @ 1150 to see Registered Nurse – Daniela Bazar another amazing person so calm & her hands were so gentle. She got my treatment done in 15-20 mins without any pain followed by really good advice on how to take care of my ears.
Jo & Daniela highly appreciate for both your assistance - I feel so relief and was able to get back to work ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy booking system, just choose your preferred location. In particular, the Grey Lynn staff were awesome, from the lovely receptionist to Olga, my technician. The procedure for removing ear wax is simple and painless and results instant. Would recommend if you are having hearing issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was welcoming and she sparked conversation with my son to make him feel more comfortable before his suctioning. She told him it is ok to let the nurse know if he needs a break at any time.
The technician was patient and talked him through the procedure, checking he was ok throughout and praising him for being brave.
As well as my own experience, the technician advising what she was doing and helping me stay calm, as it can be an overwhelming experience. The receptionist was fantastic again, as she had patience for my 2 year old who wanted to help make payment. I appreciate the kindness I received at this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ear was extremely blocked so that I was half deaf. My doctors didn’t help, but luckily friend told me about the ear clinic and they managed to clear my ear and I could hear again! Have popped back 6 months later just for a check up and now will come once a year. Wonderful service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% recommend ear Health. Super fast and informative. Receptionist was lovely and I was able to get my ear unblocked within minutes. If anyone has has ear infection or issues with blocked ears I would definitely recommend visiting Ear Health in Grey Lynn :)
