β β β β β 09 February 2021, went and supported my friend to arrange an appt as first time customer at New Lynn as they were only opened and Audiology were closed for the next 2 days. We were discussing with the lovely receptionist who was very kind and very knowledgeable of Triton services she made it very clear and simple to understand. My friend was sold and really wanted to join Triton and not brothered shopping around. A one page form given to complete that took less than 30 sec to complete and the receptionist offered mocha hot coffee, espresso. It was an amazing service. I recommend New Lynn, Triton to anyone. You will be well looked after. In one month, my friend is excited to wear hearing aids.

β β β β β Great company! Experience here was pleasant. Staff friendly, calm and professional. Branch beautifully laid out and clean. My specialist was really lovely and kind when she had to deliver some less than ideal news about my hearing. Will definetely return here for my next test.
