★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I particularly enjoyed the prompt replies to emails and questions. Also the follow up is impressive.
I had Windows 10 reinstalled. Great job. However it would have been useful to have been reminded that I would have to update Windows 10. I was not aware that I had to do this and it was only when I found that I needed an updated driver that I realised I had to update the Windows 10 new installs. This took ages and I had to keep restarting my computer.
I enjoyed the friendly and helpful service from Bay of Islands Computer Staff. However it was obviously a bad day for the staff on my 2nd visit when I introduced a friend who needed her computer cleaned and serviced.
I’ll continue to support Bay of Islands Computers.
