★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company. Installed a Mitsubishi heatpump that immediately started leaking(see photo). Instead of fixing it under warranty he stopped taking my calls. I contacted Mitsubishi and now he isn't taking their calls either. Steer clear, dodgy.

The installation was smooth and included a lesson on using the Wifi option that we had opted for. Can not recommend more highly.

We were happy until we discovered when they installed it they did not connect everything correctly and the water was just dripping into our hot water cupboard and rotted the floor. When we rang they said ring back when floor is dry and they will fix. They now do not return any of our calls or emails.
