After checking over the fireplace the office girl Katrina sent me a very reasonable quote, Gwyn turned up a few days later, did a spot on job. The Fire Shop team are really helpful, friendly, professional and very tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now that the business has changed hands, I would not recommend them at all. Long story short, they used a fire I had purchased from the previous owner as a display model in their shop. During the time they had it, the fire was damaged and the ashlip has gone missing. They take no responsibility for any of this and won't even do the right thing and offer a replacement ashlip at a reduced price. They just lie and say it was on the fire, even though we have a photo showing it was missing when it left their shop. Very dodgy way to do business

Gave me a great price on the fan, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and will certainly be getting our next fire from them.
