★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite possible that Sue Clark is the devil incarnate. You will never meet a ruder, more despicable and unprofessional person. Not to mention untrustworthy as she clearly takes kick-backs from relocation consultants. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HER AND BAYSIDE RENTALS AS YOU CAN. Zero stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give ZERO star to the property manager - Sue Clark. She lie about the status and condition of the property before signing the tenancy agreement.
She lie about the maintenance duration also. Never respond to the problems and never have time to sort it out until I complained to the tenancy services and to the council.
Everyone here who complained about her before, I trusted you all because she really is a miserable and dishonest person I have ever met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sue is the most incompitent person me and my mother have ever dealt with, the emails we received from her were riddled with gramatical errors, let alone the fact that she insulted my mother by doubting her income and asking "Will You Be Able To Pay For This" and this was the exat way she wrote it. Sue is the most belligerent fool i have ever dealt with in my life i dont know how she still has a job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sue Clark was the most rude, up herself, unprofessional agent I have ever met in my history of house renting or letting. She treated us with such a bad manner as we are a younger couple, to reply with such rudeness as only a "sorry, no" on the email about our application. Would not recommend working with her or even viewing property under her company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a tenant of Sue's, have been for well over a year now. I needed to call the office rather than her mobile, so I quickly Googled it, and was super surprised to see all these negative reviews!
Our experience with Sue has been amazing, we've found her professional and kind, so I'd like to contribute our positive experience.
The thing about Sue is she's kind of like your gruff aunty, sandpaper on the outside, marshmallow on the inside. Small talk and fluffy emails just aren't her thing I guess. Snowflakes beware!

Her communication style is to the point, but personally I don’t have a problem with that. She’s one of the best property managers I’ve dealt with in my 15 years of renting.
