★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During the last two months my girlfriend and I were reaching out to numerous agents across the greater Auckland area. We were living outside of the country so we were unable to view any properties in person. For this reason most agents we contacted would either ignore us or not even give us the time of day. Carl Russell at Ray White on the other hand was an anomaly. During one of the organized viewing times Carl mentioned he could wait until everyone had viewed the property to then video call us and provide a full walk through of the unit. Carl was the only agent that treated us with respect and complete professionalism. We were amazed at the level of service we received, and so grateful to Carl and Ray White.
