Food is ok but customer service is bad even my colleagues had bad experience too. If it is so exhausted to work long hours please take a break.

β β β β β Decent food. Shocking service! Ordered a portion of chip and came in at less than half the size of what it normally is. No consistency, and said if anything changed, I accept it, just want to be told. They said nothing changed and I could go get more and went back to be handed about 8 chips in a tiny bag. And the attitude of the owners was simply one of βwe donβt need your businessβ. I hope a few chips was worth wasting my time and loosing a customer over.

β β β β β Mum and I had been planning to get a roast for a long time and Id heard good things about the place. We were going to dine in and I had to ask for plates and they were paper and cutlery provided. We had to pay for our containers hmm not sure really about that. I got a large and Mum got a medium and the portions were definitely very good sizes but it was about 4pm and the place was extremely cold and noted by another customer waiting for her order.
I think overall food was good but thought they may have offered to close one of doors as the food wasnt 'Hot' and the cold air may have been cooling the display units.

β β β β β Do you call this a scoop of chips...? Thatβs pretty sad. Not the cheapest place either so would have expected way better for somewhere so popular. Wonβt ever be coming back!

β β β β β Just got a burger chips and some southern chicken burger was good chips were very average and the chicken had obviously been sitting in the warmer for probably a few hours so hard and dry just threw it in the bin come on guys get your stuff together you know when something shouldn't he served
