β β β β β Great sales prices and Andrew is always helpful. They have a great range and normally hold a good amount of stock. They also accept farmlands card which can save you hundreds if not thousands on furniture beds etc. I have found over the years they are normally cheaper than the competition.

I didn't receive the product yet, I spoke to customer service team member.
She said order is not actioned yet, due to high number of sick leave?
I had to cancel my and order and request for a refund! What a waste of time

β β β β β I would give them no stars if i could for the way i was treated at the bethlehem store. Came in this afternoon to buy a shaver as the previous one we got was a faulty shaver and the lady at the counter said we could have broken it because her husband has the same shaver for 3 years and had no issues with it. I am extremely unhappy with the way i was spoken to and the way she dealt with the issue. It could have been dealt in a better manner. Hope management could look into this as i will never shop in this store again. Absolutely terrible customer service.

β β β β β I have bought a few things here and never have been this disappointed! We bought a Iphone 6 plus as new condition.. Paid for the more expensive phone as we thought that maybe we will get the better condition phone. Minutes after the purchase I realised my old address was still on my account. I immediately changed it and email them all the details they needed to have to change the address. They decided to ship the phone after the 3rd day of purchase to the wrong address!!!! Luckily I managed to re direct my purchase via NZ Post. We received it and it looks nice. No major scratches or anything. When my daughter open the sim card slot a vodafone sim card fell out. Then she tried to switch the phone on and it just switched off by it self and then continue to switch on and off by itself. Does not switch on fully at any time. Also the phone screen was a little lifted as if the battery was swollen.
I emailed them about it and they send me a ticket to send the device back. I did that the same day I received it as it was worth nothing to us. It was delivered on the Monday and I followed up with them on the Wednesday hoping they would be able to tell me that they received the phone and the other phone was on it's way. No, they have no idea that my phone has arrived on the Monday already? Som they asked my to follow up in another 2-3 days... I received an email notifying my of the refund on the Friday with no other communication from them. This was not a refurbished phone nor did they even take the time to overlook the phone to make sure it was working.. Needless to say we are at Tuesday already and still no refund is showing so guessing this will take another few days before that is done. EXTREMELY SLOW with everything. The phone was bought on 3 March. Today is the 22nd of March and I am still waiting for the refund to buy another phone....Won't shop here anytime soon. :(

β β β β β Had a good look at their great display of TVs today. The salesman was very helpful and friendly and there was no pressure put on us at all. They have a great selection of household furniture and appliances. We bought a fridge/freezer there 5 years ago and its been great.
