★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? ... ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES that I have ever had with all of the doctors businesses that I have ever been signed up to .
All they want is your money .
No real concern to your health is the bad experience that I had here .
Gloria the desk lady is only interested in the clients who have alot of money .
If you appear to be wealthy she will respect you .
If you appear to be unwealthy she will yell at you and bark at you like a dog if you stand up by her desk to long before sitting down .
Which is what I unfortunately experienced !

While I was reading pamphlets she did this to me . I felt so horrible . There was a few clients in there at the time also .
I was very sick at the time I had a chemical reaction to hair dyes .
Doctor Ian Symes did not even bother to try to get support for me from Acc about this for me .
Doctor Ian Symes yelled at me when my scalp was burning and I clearly needed very strong pain killers .
I spoke to him about cancer concerns and things that have been happening with my health.
He never even bother to give me blood tests .
Or examine me . NOTHING .
He told me to be quiet in a horrible way While he was typing notes out .
This was the first time I met this doctor .
I only ever want there twice . Only because of my health concerns .There was no time to do a transfer in time ...
HORRIBLE PLACE . HORRIBLE OFFICE PERSON GLORIA ? .. HORRIBLE DOCTOR IAN SYMES . ? .. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ? ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Dr. Arcus is a wonderful caring doctor. But the reception / phone system is just working for me. This has been an issue for quite a while and it's not getting any better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunate service, didn’t get back to me about tests. Really short consultations giving me minimal information. The receptionist will hang up on you if you take too long of a breathe. Definitely changing my GP.
