β β β β β I came in as a walk in on Friday and they were very accommodating to my needs. They were able to fit me in despite the short notice and I was seen quickly. Both the nurse and Doctor I saw were very helpful and explained everything clearly. I definitely would recommend!

β β β β β The best doctors I've ever had.
They provide an excellent medical service with staff who really do seem to care.
The clinic also gave me complimentary acupuncture and cupping when I had a nasty bicycle accident a couple of years ago. I'll be forever grateful.
We've moved away from the city, but I haven't changed my doctors because the Caring Clinic is so good.

β β β β β This clinic is super recommend, I have tried to transfer my Gp to another Gp, and it take so long . In Caring clinic it was so quick to transfer here , and I can see Doctor Sim straight away, so easy and convenient! Doctor are very pro and helpful staffs and nurse are all very friendly and caring. I had blood taken here also and it did not hurt at all.
The place is very clean and calm.

β β β β β The nurses and doctors are very professional and friendly. All the staff are mandarin speakers. Walk ins also welcome. Highly recommended especially when you urgently need your medicals.

β β β β β Registered and waited for 1.5hrs but only to find out that the reception forgot about my registration. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! They would rather take random walk ins than cater to those who have already been in the waiting area. What an awful experience! Considering changing GP to another practice!

β β β β β They ask you to pay for your covid test, and pay to get you test results. Also if you have symptoms and nagetive test results with both RAT and PCR test , they still will not see you. And if you need any medical advice, they will do a Skype call and no test can be done for you. Like a psychic can do super natural medical advice. After that you need to pay more money as the doctor use their βspecialβ time to talk to you. It will be even more than you can see on the website.

β β β β β Lately, things are different at the clinic. For registered patients they charge 60$ and on top of it ask 20$ extra for just giving a prescription. The service has declined and cost has gone up. Disappointing!
