★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop, as I took my SUV for wheel alignment and tyre rotation, as I had to go there three times and completely wasted my time the guys over there firstly, they try to pinch me for a puncture as there was no puncture in the tyres. Secondly, they told me to come another day coz their axle technician wants to have a look, but after reviewed by their axle technician, he didn't fix it, and he was telling me to buy a plane and he was very rude. Then I decided to get a refund and they told me they can't refund my money as their manager want to have a last look at it, and he did some tyre rotations there was no need of it. They completed wasted my time as every time I had to take some time off from my work and, in the end, they told me they can't refund my money because they can't fix it as they told me to take it to jeep as their machine is old and they can't fix it. Guys there is another tyre shop called Bridgestone across the road you should go there as they have better service & late model machines than Beaurepaires. Avoid taking SUV'S there as they have zero knowledge of anything.

He was able to help me pick the best tyres for my car and educated me on the benefits of the tyre I ended up going with. The time frame of getting all four tyres replaced was within 1 hour which was very impressive. Great customer service from start to finish.
I highly recommend him and will be returning for future tyre replacements. Thanks again Beaurepaires Manukau!
