★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless staff. Don't acknowledge me standing there, walks back and forth and still nothing. Looks at me and still nothing meanwhile staff behind her either sitting around on phone or chatting amongst themselves. Take your money elsewhere!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to go there but last time went for waxing and eye brows. The girl serving me was talking to other girl while doing waxing and room door was opened (imagine how uncomfortable it is if waxing is getting done on legs and no privacy is there). I had couple of cuts on my brows and when I talked about how unprofessional the service is, the only answer was that your skin is sensitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Went to the Manukau beauty club for a facial yesterday. They have a clever way of charging customers for facial. None of the facials come with the whole process. Some facials don't include masks and massage. And then you have to pay for blackhead removal separately. Anyways, I paid for the refreshing facial plus black head removal. It wasn't refereshing at all, instead it was so painful during and after the treatment that I couldn't stay back for the rest of my shopping. I had to go home straight. The lady applied so much preassure on my face that it became unbearable. Felt like she was taking out some sort of anger on me. When I said its painful, she started criticising my skin. This is the second time I have experienced such a treatment from them. After the facial, pores on my face appear larger and there are huge bumps on my skin. I have complained but no reply from them. Never going there again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get lashes done here, I asked how long will the individual natural lashes last, the lady said 2-3weeks it hasn't been a week (3days) and my lashes are falling off. Very unprofessional! When getting my lashes done, there were so many people coming in and talking to the lady doing my lashes as though this was their lunch room, I even heard a lady come in with her baby in the room and talk to the lady. I don't think this is worth $55 and I'm wanting a refund!! No good!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the new workers (haven’t seen her before) ruined my eyebrows. I usually have a pleasant experience with this one specific lady but she wasn’t there today. However this new lady was way too hasty (no there wasn’t a line and there was 3 hours left till closing time), she didn’t want to use wax for some reason and cut the ends way too short. When I specifically stated what I wanted “just a clean up please, not too thin”. I DO NOT RECCOMEND
