★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist went out of his way to find the medication I needed. It was not available in Nee Zealand. However he ordered it for me after consulting with my doctor. I am very grateful for that. The team are friendly and professional towards their customers during all my visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received some appalling service by a male pharmacist at this pharmacy. I was required to answer a few questions before receiving my medication, and so this male server spoke to me at a much higher and rude tone, this male pharmacist was also rolling his eyes at me whilst asking me the questions. It truly made me feel hurt and emotional, simply because during the time, I had many things in my mind and his attitude did not help. Hence from this experience, it truly makes me ponder as to why he was working there when that is his manner of talking to patients, or just customers like myself.

I live in Brookby but this is the only pharmacy I go to because of the caring nature of everyone working here. Ann is always amazing and friendly. She gave great recommendations to me and my daughter. The shop looks bright and well-stocked, their prices are cheaper than other unichems. Good job guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great Pharmacy with excellent service. Everyone at this Pharmacy is very caring, welcoming and genuinely concerned about its patients health. I have been always treated with respect. I find all staff very friendly and caring. There is no prescription fee and the medicines can be delivered home if you make arrangements with them. I will recommend this Pharmacy to any one.
