★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost my phone at beach while saving my 5 year old grandson. At Spark Manukau, Kevin Katafono offered his assistance on this matter to replace my phone. Kevin's customer service went above our expectations making our experience an unforgettable one. Our heart warmed when Kevin asked how our grandson is (grandson safe). Kevin showed that it is not always about selling a product, its about the customer. Spark Manukau should be proud to have such an employee who focuses on their customers and what they are dealing with. Thank you so much Kevin and Spark Manukau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DON’T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMER WHILE SELLING PRODUCTS ?. You have two faces . First is the good one when you trying to sell something to the customers but second is worst face when you have complaints about the product which you sold to the customer by saying, It is sweat and Water resistant. I’m talking about AirPods Pro . You charged $55 for just checking them after holding it with you for more then three months and when I went to your store and then your employee said they found moisture in them so it’s out of warranty but you have to pay $55. I Paid but stopped all future products purchasing from you and I will changing my provider soon. Even Apple website saying AirPods are water Resistant but you saying they not. Please check with Apple first before your lies .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to this store 3 times in the last 3 days Nov 29,Nov 30,Dec 1with the intention of getting a sim, moving my old phone number to that sim, placing the new phone and sim on a shared account. Have been told three different narratives with three different salespersons - the last visit I gave up on as the person tried to upsell a $500 bluetooth speaker which I don't need (twice!!!) as well as tried to upgrade my broadband and mobile phone plans to more expensive and not meeting my requirement plans. Went to takanini instead!!!

I recently pre-ordered a Galaxy S22 Ultra online. Decided to head to the mall to the Samsung kiosk to check out the phone hands on. Saw spark store was open - decided to check it there.
Now I had received an email from spark confirming my order and that they are working on it. But as mentioned above this is my first time dealing with spark so I thought I'd ask someone there about the process and if there is any further confirmation/info to be received about my order.
To my first question - I was abruptly replied to by " you've got the email, I can't give you any more information", alright fair enough, you could have expressed this is in a better way but fine.
I then go to ask if the phone will be sim locked to which I got a normal reply saying it won't - great thanks.
The pre-order deal had a free smart watch with the phone, so I then went on to say that I understand the phone will be shipped on 4th March but as the watch is already on shelves - will it arrive by shipping before or with the phone only -
His response: " I can't answer that, you should have done your homework before ordering the phone "
I should have done my home work... right... lovely customer service there mate. I wonder what exactly your job is then, besides making snarky remarks to customers whose money is what pays your wages just by the way.
Perhaps you should do YOUR HOME WORK on products avaliable for pre-order and information surrounding it.
