I sustained a knee injury while surfing, and it just so happens the timing was unfortunate (I was preparing to travel overseas in the very near term, so everything was time critical). My physiotherapist organised a next-day apt with Dr. Yaso who examined my knee and she was also able to pull some strings to get me in for an MRI (the following day - which normally takes 2+ weeks as standard. She worked a miracle). Initially it was suspected there may have been a tear in my knee, however the MRI showed no tears but rather a deep bone bruise in my knee, which she advised/provided guidance on my recovery forward and also allowed me to make personal, favorable adjustments for my travel/trip). All I can say is WOW, as I am incredibly thankful to get a concrete diagnosis on such short notice to alleviate stress/concerns for my trip.
Dr. Yaso went above and beyond for me as her patient. Very informative/clear, professional, genuine and caring. The administrative team was also a delight to communicate with during my experience.
Highly recommend, can not thank you enough Dr. Yaso and the Beckford Sports team!! You guys are outstanding.
