β β β β β Such a friendly team member. No worries with having a try of the demo bike. Clear pricing and seem to be able to get stock. Which is not the case everywhere.

β β β β β I, unfortunately, will have to give you not the best review.
Bought a u shape lock, went to the shop with my bike, looking for advice to buy a lock, paid 50$ for a $49 lock, has not received the change (I should have asked for it), but the annoying part is that the lock did not fit the frame of my bike. Now I have to bring such a heavy lock in a backpack everywhere, pretty annoying, pretty simple, but I would not return.

β β β β β Bought two e-bikes off them, and after a frustratingly long wait that was none of their fault (global supply shortages), when we finally got the bikes, the service we have been receiving from Julia and the crew has been absolutely stellar. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Great shop. Well curated high quality stock, evidently good supply chains, and knowledgeable staff. Living round the corner, I would wander in for chat now and again - spending practically nothing - for two years, and they were always welcoming. Finally bit the bullet and picked up a Benno Boost a month ago. Love it. Changed my 'getting around town' life. Car now relegated to Very Large Loads and weekend warrior duties.

β β β β β Today I went to CEB to order a new eBike. I've had a high end eMTB for over 3 years and I'm ready to purchase another. I've learnt a lot in the last 3 years on my MTB and also spent hundreds of hours on YouTube and the internet and know exactly what I want in my next bike. I go for long rides and want to carry a bit of gear but still want a bike that can handle the rougher steep climbs. The Moustache Weekend Dual EQ ticks all the boxes. I walked into the shop and was greeted by a young lady who immediately became extremely argumentative and completely unwilling to accept I had any knowledge of the range. She tried to convince me the Moustache Friday High Speed was what I needed and was virtually the same as the Weekend EQ because it also had 85 nm of torque. In fact it is a very different bike with a vastly different gear ratio, lacks many of the features I want and is designed for a different purpose. She constantly talked over me and was totally unwilling to listen to my carefully researched knowledge.
I was looking forward to supporting a smaller local shop now and well into the future but sadly I'll be shopping elsewhere.
