Staff were very knowledgeable, there was a decent range to choose from if you're interested in the higher end products.
Good follow up and customer service, had an issue with being delivered the wrong bed base (they contract the deliveries externally it seems) but I think was a simple one-off mistake which was sorted out promptly and professionally given the time of the year (Christmas and NY).
HOWEVER, the manager gives discretionary discounts on delivery for customers. Although you could consider this a nice thing to do, it is very unprofessional (especially as it was very obvious this was not consistent for every customer and was made up from whatever the manager felt at the time).
To make matters worse, we were given much less of a discount than those before us and over hearing this conversation made things uncomfortable.
Some would even take this personally and go as far as to call it slightly racist (I am brown, those before me weren't) - it is how you perceive things.
Hope this feedback gives some learning points for management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with Beds R us, Ordered King size frame and mattress on Saturday and emailed Beds R us on Saturday asking if I could swap mattress for headboard on the same day Kunal sent me recommendations for headboard that matched frame I ordered. Very fast delivery as I received my order the next day (Monday). They even called me on Monday to ensure I would be home for delivery. Thank you for all your help Kunal and I am impressed by all your staff and will be recommending you to all family and friends. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going to several bed stores around Auckland, I came to BedsRus in New Lynn and received by far the best customer service from Scott out of all the stores that I went to. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and was very patient with me while I was testing out the different beds and helped me find the best bed ? the prices are very competitive and reasonable too! Very happy with my purchase!

Currently in Lockdown level 4 I was after a new pillow and had seen another retailer had stocked it at full price but doing a bit of research I realised BedsRus also ranged the same pillow and it happened to be on special which is a bonus! Scott got in touch the same day and qualified me to the correct pillow I was after, and I managed to have it paid for and delivered within the next business day. How good is it having a business owner genuinely care for his customers and what he does. Keep it up mate and always support your local businesses! Take care
