★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very skimpy on fillings when you order from app. Totally different when watching them make your order in person. This is absolutely awful, no consistency. Obviously been instructed to do this by owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, there to start with the order as you can see in the pictures attached I placed a 1xVeggie delight with avo and 1x Veggie Smashed Falafal. The lady who made it may be she was blind and was not able to make the difference between breads I guess.. as it clearly states in the my order I wanted Veggie delight with Malted Rye Bread instead she made with Wheat bread as you can see in the picture below. Sorry I didn't took the picture of the Smashed Falafal which was made in Malted Rye as it was already eaten by my friend. Also, Olives are missing in my Veggie delight, no onions, no sauces according to my order...Tasteless, not tidy ...Really really bad experience...samething again always new staff which are not trained properly. I think people only work there to make money nobody ( owner or staff) care for customers. Running business like rats!! probably should close down..!!! Would never ever go to that store again. Shame on New Lynn Subway. One advise for you Mr./Miss. Owner if you want to keep customers happy train your staff well or better learn how to manage everything in your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and only time going in. Service on the night of 27/04/2022 was shocking, with a side of rude attitude from the young Indian lady on shift. Sort it out.
Only making a Sandwich for gods sake.

Smashed the tomatoes too! Made the worst sub I ever had. Don't understand how such incompetent people are employed! Please go to some other subway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff member, she literally shouted at my boy. When she was asked to be respectful towards the customers - her answer - you need to learn to listen!!! We left the store very disappointed. We have never experienced such rude service even at small takeaways. We don’t expect to be shouted at or humiliated when we go to buy food at subway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. It is a long story. I ordered a six inch this morning. When I came to the store，I also wanted to redeem a free cookie and a small drink. The staff told me I have to do it online. Then I showed an email to her，it said simply scan your barcode at store. Then the girl let me scan my barcode. After I scanned it，she said she cannot give the cookie and drink to me. The reason is only higher position（manager）have the right to do that. She said your offer is expiry at 24/03，you can make another order before the date. So I have to come back to the branch to order again while their manager is there. The explanation I think is not good enough. Please don’t make story. Finally，I scanned the barcode but get nothing.
That is not the end. When I ate the sandwich，I found it‘s not the bread I want. I reckon if they ran out of that kind of bread. They can give me a ring，ask what bread I want to instead or just wait for me，then make my sandwich. Poor customer service.
